Bilateral kidney concretions 2 - 3 mm
Mild pain in flanks on both sides started 3 - 4 days back.
After ultrasound, 2 - 3 mm concretions were seen in each bilateral kidney.
No fever or acute pain till now.
Please suggest treatment.
I am also having chronic appendicitis which started a month back, with pain in lower right quadrant of abdomen.
