Hi I'm a Polycystic kindey disease patiënt undergoing treatment as my creatinine levels are increasing But due to covid 19 I'm not able to get the medicine so is it safe to stop the treatment I'm on tolvaptan 15 mg n my creatinine level is 4.5 I need to get Zyprotic forte medicine which is out of stock everywhere

I'm a patient of nephrotic syndrome since childhood. I've always been treated with prednisolone. Recently I'm having a lot of gastric side-effects. Can I take Enzomac forte as an anti inflammatory for kidneys?

It started with increased frequency and burning. Took medicines like urispace, nifas and citralka. Completed dose for 7 days. On the 7th, problem came back. Frequency was still ok. Burning was still ok. Consulted urologist. He prescribed medicines for few medicines for 1 and few for 3 weeks. Took urispace for 1 week, cranpac for 2 week(2nd week over today) and one fosirol pack per week. From this sunday, burning started again. Its still there. Please help. Want to come out of it. Its been a month now. Took tests like urine and urine culture too couple of times. Last report on 9th day depicted no growth in bacteria. But the problem is still there. Reports are attached.

Sir/Madam my mother's uric acid is 7.4 she has been using feburic 40 since 7 days. Should I further continue it or not?? Or stop using it suddenly??
