Hello, I am 32 yrs (male), about 70kgs.
My serum creatinine is 1.1 and my serum urea is 46.
The urea creatinine ratio is 41.8
1) Is this normal?
2) What is a healthy urea level and how can I reduce it?
3) I eat eggs and chicken 4-5 times a week. Is that okay?
4) I drink about 7-8 glasses everyday.
