Creatinine and Urea reports.
Hello, I am 32 yrs (male), about 70kgs. My serum creatinine is 1.1 and my serum urea is 46. The urea creatinine ratio is 41.8 1) Is this normal? 2) What is a healthy urea level and how can I reduce it? 3) I eat eggs and chicken 4-5 times a week. Is that okay? 4) I drink about 7-8 glasses everyday.

Urea level is slightly on higher side, normal level upto 40 but different labs have variable normal level, kindly see in your report for normal levels. It can be due to less water intake only so can be reduced by proper water intake (so much so that your urine output is 2 litres /24 hrs) You can take eggs and chicken, not an issue
