To treat kidney infection you got to treat the cause of it (eg stone disease /bladder pathology) plus treat underlying disease if any (eg diabetes) plus supportive therapy such as antibiotics plus analgesics (voveron/tramadol)

The symptoms you have provided is not necessarily kidney infection It could be renal stones too which are more common You need to provide more detials....donyou have fever,donyou have burning micturition
