To treat kidney infection you got to treat the cause of it (eg stone disease /bladder pathology) plus treat underlying disease if any (eg diabetes) plus supportive therapy such as antibiotics plus analgesics (voveron/tramadol)
The symptoms you have provided is not necessarily kidney infection
It could be renal stones too which are more common
