Kidney Problems

I am having increased frequency of urination 20-30 times per day and urge and nocturia (2-3 times) from 1 week .I have taken ciprofloxacin tablet from 5 days and citralka syrup but didnt get any relief. i also have mild pain in left lower pelvic region which is intermittent.can you please suggest mr what to do

I have been taking Phychiatric medicines for Last 20 years, one of the Medicine Lothian SR per day 800mg. According to Doctor advise I am monitoring my Serum Lithium and EGFR Lbs once in 6 months. In 2019 November Serum Lithium 1.0 and eGFR 86 In 2020 August 4th Serum Lithium 0.69 and eGFR 76 Pls advise me, need to correct the eGFR? or To Tapped OFf Lithium Medication?

Dear sir, Yesterday i had done usg kub and pelvic for hematospermia issue for my reassurance. There is nothing abnormal. But shocking is i have only one kidney, left is agenesis. First time i heard and shocked. My urologist told me nothing to worry the hematospermia is not connected to this finding. And my second kidney is good working.
