My mother has RA since 10 years now. She has Osteo also. She is on painkillers and other medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Hypothyroidism drugs. She has low eGfr. High BUN/ creatinine ratio SGOT and SGPT are high What is the reason and how can it be treated?

Hello , I'm 25 years old. Suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis. My bp was 142/80 But Today I measure my bp and it was 160/90 .I'm not taking any bp medicine. And in my last urine routine report (02/07/2020) , a faint trace of protein in my urine and my serum creatinine is 0.84 . What should I do now? My Creatinine level is 2.6 and my urea level is 73. And my foot expands during day and night time, also i am having blood pressure of above 150/80. My dads creatinine is 1.7 since one year. He is 61 year old . he is taking medicines and he is fine and fit . But he is diabetic and that is always in control doc suggested him insulin since one year he is taking insulin shots . But then why is his creatinin always same not come down .

Of late I am noticing reduced urine flow and a pressure like feeling in lower abdomen upto genital areas . Further I feel bloated . Urine tests being done in past are normal with no abnormalities. Kft tests are also fine . I am taking medicine olmezest for hypertension. Urine frequency is normal and there is a sense of full bladder but the flow is urination is reduced as I feel . What could be the reason . Else I am fine ..
