Hello Doctors, Kindly advise if CT Urogram and CT IVP are same or is there a difference in these tests

Dr I am Gopal Shamapant age 60 years diagnosed with prostate enlargement in 2017. In 2017 the prostate weighed 35 grams in 2018. It weighed 40 grams and presently it is 60 grams I don't have problem with passing urine nor I have any burning in urine or I get up in nights to pass urine . My psa currently is 1.3 ng/ml. Dr can you please give your valuable opinion and suggestions. And also prescribe medicine to shrink prostate size I will be thankful.

My mother has been diagnosed with CKD and her current creatinine level is 3.8. She is not on dialysis. She takes Dytor 10mg twice a day but recently her urine output has reduced and she has slightly swollen feet and puffy eyes. Can she increase her Dytor dosage?

I am getting frequent urination.I always feel like peeing.Also it is like peeing not just sensation. I am currently on no medication.Married for about 7 months

Minimal hydrocele,mild grade3 varicocele,max urine flow rate 14 ml/s, average is 4. Note- prostate surgery alreadydone 4 months back. Putting tube is the only option to correct flow? USG scotrum and uroflowmetry report attached.

Need your valuable advice. I feel an urge to urinate early morning. But I struggle to wake up immediately, after struggling for sometime, when I wake up and go to urinate, I can't empty my bladder fully and whatever does come out has to be forced. This happened a couple of times last month(experienced it for the first time) and two times in a row this month. Generally I have good control over my bladder but this is getting me worried. Hello doctor, from last 3 days im suffering with pain back side below the ribs . Also, 3 years back i have suffered with similar problem when i have gone for the checkup i got to know that there is one stone (8mm) on right kidney and suggested for laser treatment but due to some issues i couldn't go for the treatment and after long time now iam suffering with the same pain. Can you please guide me what i have to do now

Hello Doctors, Greetings to all. First of all thank you to all of you for rendering your services...at this hour of pandemic. Pls help me. I am 35 yrs old unmarried female. I am having belly pain below the bladder and burning sensation while passing urine and urethra is burning. I don't see any blood in my urine. My back is also hurting and leg pain. My appetite is good. There is no fever. I urinate 6 to 7 times a day. I don't have diabetes or thyroid. My creatinine is 0.91. I googled up my symptoms it says I have bladder cancer. At this hour I am not able to visit any surgeon. Pls help me. I guess I will die soon. Regards.
