Cortical cyst is fine and generally does not need any treatment if it is asymptomatic. Decision of treating prostate enlargement depends upon multiple factors like, how much bothersome symptoms he has due to enlarged prostate, his flow pattern, back pressure changes, his renal profile, associated comorbid conditions etc. But in majority of cases patients will be fine with medical management only.
