Grade 3 prostatomegaly
My father who is 65 yrs old has Grade 3 prostatomegaly with median lobe and mobile bladder calculus with significant PVRU. He is diabetic what are the options for treatment and which is best.

Get a clinical physical evaluation by a urologist/physician for further evaluation for suitability to undergo surgical intervention. Both bladder calculus and prostate adenoma can be removed by minimally invasive endoscopic surgery with due control of the diabetes
