My father who is 65 yrs old has Grade 3 prostatomegaly with median lobe and mobile bladder calculus with significant PVRU. He is diabetic what are the options for treatment and which is best.

Both bladder calculus and prostate adenoma can be removed by minimally invasive endoscopic surgery with due control of the diabetes
