Prostatomegaly, CKD?
74 yr male, Hypertension. Has vertigo history.  Since few days BP remains low. Feels dizzy at times. No diabetes. Has low back pain. Nocturia. Rare pain in urination. Normal flow. Recent diagnosis of prostate 33 cc in usg.  Increased echogenicity bilateral renal parenchyma. PSA 0.503.  Creatinine 1.4. Urine RM occasional pus cells. No other urology test done. 1) Is there a serious condition? 2) Can this be cured? 3) What treatment is suggested?
