Kidney Problems

My father had been diagnosed with membranous nephropathy in 2011 , he has been feeling very tired recently and losing some weight, so we got a urine estimation done and having difficulty reading the report, so I would like to know what the report means.

I'm on permanent Foley's catheter. How can I get rid of it? My urinary bladder capacity is hardly 20-30 ml.

Frequency urination and pressure after every hour unable to control what can be reason and what should be done

My mother was diagnosed with 24 hours urine sample and RFT. Are these reports normal ? Or else any abnormalities are seen?

I have facing frequently urine From last 14 months .In days times i have go to urine every 1 hours .and in night every 3hours. I will check kft, bladder, sugar ,bp,blood,kidney stone every thing is ok ,but problem is running. I have changed doctor he also checked same then medicines not work. Doctors wrote some uti, infections, muscle relax types medicines. Pls suggest best for me. Regards, Anup

Since around 6 Months, She has Mild Burning Sensation  (apparently towards Right Side) in lowermost Urine passing Organ At times this Burning Sensation increases, At Such times , She has to urinate Very Frequently . This is very Problematic at her age. She also has been using Adult Diaper since around 5 years. It is Round the Clock since about One Year. If something New Happens , She has 'ghabrahat', in such situation ,her hands & legs Start vibrating( kanpna ) Mildly. She also has difficulty walking, So is Confined To House.

Is it normal creatinine level my mother is using nephrozon tablets since 1year and my doubt is normal or abnormal

I am having tingling sensation and little irritation in the urethra while I'm urinating. This causes little itching after urination. Please clarify me what's wrong with this. Is it serious?
