Kidney Problems

I am a 34-year-old male experiencing difficulty retracting my foreskin for the past 3 months. When I try to pull it back, the skin often cracks, bleeds, and causes significant pain. I’ve also noticed a recurring white discharge or pus-like substance under the foreskin. Despite cleaning the area daily, it remains irritated and sometimes painful. Sexual activity is painful as well. I am concerned this may be a sign of infection or a condition like phimosis or balanitis. Please advise on possible causes and treatment options.

My penis glan's opening (from where the urine comes out) is slightly swollen , which looks like red lips ... and nearby area is discoloured , sometimes red which looks so unusual and dirty ...

My penis opening meatus is swollen , it looks like a red lips and also the opening nearby area , becomes discoloured and so unusual ... whenever i get erection , swollen part gets red too ... glans seems so different coloured , i have previously consulted with urologist , he suggest itraconazole for 10days but nothing changes comes .....pls help me, im so worried

My father aged 70 years is on silodosin 8mg + dutasteride 0.5 for last 3-4 years. On last USG, he had a residual urine volume of around 90 cc. Please advise how long he needs to be on this or should we get this operated? Thanks in advance

Hi I had itchiness and discomfort in the tip of penis due to which i did the following tests on 10th may. Urine test: Urine Routine & Microscopy Std panel test package: Chlamydia Trachomatis, IgG RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin) Treponema Pallidum Hemagglutination HIV Combo (Antigen And Antibody) Test Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2, IgM Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2, IgG All tests came normal and now the itch has subsided on its own. I need a prescription for the tests dated May 10.
