Kidney Problems

I was feeling frequent urination and i diagnosed with UTI 15days ago.  After having medicine, frequent urination stopped. From past two days i am noticing, whenever i feel peeing that time only i am feeling to go for potty also..both is coming at same time.. while doing potty, urine is not coming properly at once. It is completing in 3 and 4 times. is there any issue or i am thinking a lot?. I am having muscle twitching issue in whole body also from past several months..

I am suffering from typhoid 3 month ago. I take many treatment . During typhoid treatment many heavy medicine i take. Today my cretine level is 1.89 , uric acid 2.70. hemoglobin 10.40

So earlier i had been mis diagnosed with kidney stones when i got an ultrasound done as i had UTI & had severe flank pain on my right side. Then my urologist to confirm their presence prescribed CT Scan which showed that i had no kidney stones, but i had Few calcific foci - likely phleboliths noted in pelvis on both sides. My concern is whether this is something I should be worried about? Because it still is painful.

My ultrasound report shows 3.4 mm of calculus in the right kidney and pelvicalycial fullness noted. I also feel a bit of pain my thigh and groin area. Is this something serious or kidney stone might cause this.
