Kidney Problems

Since 2 years I can't urinate in force. Maximum urine come out with dribbling. I make so much effort to empty my bladder completely. Its take 5 minutes for me to urinate and emptying bladder completely for satisfaction. Even some time if i not give enough time for urinate then after few minutes i feel that bladder is not empty and i have to go for urinating. What should i do ? Is this serious ?

Complete blood count and sonography is normal  urine routine is normal and urine culture is sterilethen I'm have urine infection

33 yr old. Experiencing burning sensation only at night while peeing. Hindering sleep too. Whole day no symptoms or discomfort. Only night from last 3 days. Having alkasol twice a day. Any other medicines?

Hi I have grade 2 varicocele... Can i do exercise to develop my abs? Wil it affect my varicocele? Wil it make it worse? After surgery wil i b able to go to gym like before?

My mother she is having uro problem from 10years from that time to present she is maintaining pipe . From 2days urine is not coming from pipe at night time she has to remove the pipe and adjust it then it getting clear . Now pls suggest any solution to this

A thick off white type liquid came out while urinating in morning and while applying pressure during urinating, recently had a stone issue in kidneys also and as I checked again by ultrasound still atrer are 3 mm - stones are in left kidney. Feels little pain in body portion above genetal parts and stomach. Check with liver function test also and report attached with this as pic. Kindly check and advise.

Back pain is still continued and unable to sit continuously. 5 mm stone in left ureter. There is a mild change in Kidney size
