I have pain in both sides of lower abdomen and lower back. My ultrasound enlarged prostate 48X35X38mm (31cc). Little problem in urination

Hello. Your symptoms may be suggestive of prostatitis/uti. Your prostate is midly enlarged which can be controlled with medications. Take the following medicine and review with below tests to update your medications further Tab tamsulosin 0.4 mg hs
