CUE less pus cells but ecoli in Culture
My CUE( Urine analysis) report shows pus cells ( 4-5/hpf) ,but Urine culture have ecoli 100000 cfu/ml . Should I take antibiotics ?

Hello. As doctors we don’t treat report but patients. If you don’t have any complaints then treatment of asymptomatic bacteriuria ( your positive culture report) is not needed.
However if you have lower abdominal pain/burning sensation/perineal discomfort/fever/diabetes then you need treatment based on the antibiotic mentioned in your culture report
