Kidney Problems

My dad is diabetic and In his recent bloodwork we found his creatine level high at 4.8 dl . What could this mean ? Is it serious / a cause for concern ? He recovered from Covid a month ago but his symptoms were not serious , Could this be related ?

Hello sir my father age 55.. he was bp and diabetic as we checked monthly checkup yesterday went hospital everything fine and controlled Rbs 230/- My father forget to said to doctor he was feeling burning since a 10 days he saying and he said he observed this whenever he urinate .so pls tell any reasons and treatment like any syrup or tablet for temporary so that he can use .. Hi Sir, 6.5mm stone diagnosid at left urator 1month back,we have used some medication,now we are not getting any pain from past 30days is it mandatory to go with scan now in this covid pamdemic or can we wait for another month,kindly advice attaching 30days back ct scan

My father have urine catherter due to paralysis. From evening, as he drink water, it come via urine very fast less than 5 min. I mean he has too much urination. Is body not absorbing water?? Any infection or something other

My mom got dehydration (no fever, headache or breathing problem) on 3rd April, then on 7th she got loose motion and vomiting (no vomiting before and after this date but vomiting sensation was there). She was treated accordingly. But for 10 days, her weakness continued, so blood analysis was suggested. There kft showed drastic abnormality. Blood urea:122 & creatinine 6.23. We consulted a nephrologist who asked for corona report. Her corona turned out positive and for five days she was corona treated with medication careful as per her kidney. Blood report taken once again. Crp, d dimer feritinin normal but kft blood urea: 98, creatinine: 5.66. Doctor said corona effects are hone now, go for Nephrologist advice. Nephrologist asked for sonography and urine test. Urine test normal. She got Bilateral renal parenchymal disease with small size kidney. One month diet plan is ongoing. Point to note: my mother has High bp and arthritis history and her bp medicine was irregular since last 2 months

Pls explain the report..is it normal or need any assitance has last month he has urine retention and this test done for curcumsion

My urine is incomplete i need to put pressure to get urine out sometimes i need to even sit to do urine it is happening from last 1 month. I have taken VIT ALKA syrup and also taking urispas tab( 3 times a  day) But there is not even 1 percent improvement I have also done sonography which shows 5.3 mm appendix. Can appendix cause urine problem? Which i am facing Or its prostate enlagement i am 25 years old.
