Kidney Problems

Grade three vericocele on left and mild degree of bilateral hydrocele as per reports of scrotal doppler.

I am student. My penies is curved rightward and cause uncomfortableness. What should I do about that.

I have mild right Varicocele and pain is more, can I go with the surgery or not Mild Varicocele can cure without any surgery

I feel pain on my right side of stomach when I urinate and also gas problem from 2 days and this pain also at left side sometimes so please tell me is this normal or due to gas acidity or neck problem also

Sir /ma'am I am obese person, I casually took complete body check-up and found that my kidney-liver panel test is not in range. My creatine level is low (0.62) uric acid is high (7.62) . Kindly guide what should I do? Is this serious? I have attached report for your reference.

My age is 28. I have frequent urination problem. Bladder not getting empty. Even after passing I feel some part is left over. I go to urine more than 15 times a day and nite time 5 times. Two weeks back I consulted doctor and he told to take antibiotics for urinary infection and still the same urination problem. Now I consulated other doctor and they suggested to take Alfuzosin and urotone tablet. Can someone please check and tell me the problem

আমি কাল বাইসাইকেলে করে বাজারে গিয়েছিলাম ১২কিলো মিটার  এর দূরত্ব ছিল বাড়ি ফেরার সময় ২০ কেজি মতো ওজন ছিল আমার শরীর এর ওজন ৪৫ কেজি। কাল পছন্দ রোদ গরম ছিল আসতে আসতে পছন্দ হাঁপাচ্ছিলাম শরীর অনেক দ্রুত ক্লান্ত হয়েগিয়েছিল হৃদস্পন্দন বেড়ে গিয়েছিল , কিডনি থেকে কিছু হরমোন  রেসপন্স দিচ্ছিল  । আমার আগে থেকে প্যানিক ডিসঅর্ডার রয়েছে বাড়িতে এসে পছন্দ ভয় লাগছে । কেনো আমার এটা হচ্ছে আমি কোন ডক্টরের কাছে দেখাব । আমার আগে কোনো প্যানিক ডিসঅর্ডার ছিলনা মনরোগের ডক্টরের দেওয়া ওষুধ থেকে এটা দেখা দিয়েছে । ডক্টর এই রোগ নিরাময়ের জন্য কিছু antidepresent  দেয় সেটি আমাকে আরো প্যানিক করে তুলে এবং কিডনি থেকে একটি জটকা মারে  উপরে উঠে যায়  মেরুদন্ড থেকে নিচে নেমে আসে  এর পর আমার হৃদস্পন্দন আরো বেড়ে যায় বমি , ডায়রিয়া, ব্যাথা , গলায় ব্যাথা , গোটা শরীরে জ্বলন , হাত পা অবশ অবশ লাগে , মুড অফ থাকে । মনোরোগ এর ডাক্তার অনেক antidepresent পরিবর্তন করেছে কোনোটিতে লাভ হয়নি।

My mom has fever since Friday and very low on energy she has be tested negetive for covid, ultrasound of abdomen is normal and urine test is attached with this. Please tell me what medicine I should follow and what to avoid in food.

Its almost 15-20 days ...my sister is getting Red worms in urine. Is it harmful and how can it be cured. How did it happened.

My mom is having painful urination and pain near waist area. She did a UTI test and attached is the report for the same. Please check. Little case history, she has recently recovered from Covid in April 2021 and also have diabetes, but sugar level never came down or never went high. It remained on normal. Can covid cause UTI? How this can be treated? Please advise.
