Kidney Problems

I am feeling lower back pain twice a day.The lain goes away with Bolini Spray within 10 mins.I have no other symptoms except pain.Is it pain from kidney?

Frequent urination, bit pain in testicals, uneasiness in urination, smell in urine from last 2 to 3 weeks

Both side of kidney have stone, right side seen 24 mm and left side seen 5mm And also there is multiple stone.

I am having two stones of 6mm each in right kidney and 3mm stone in left kidney. I am having pain in my legs and nausea. The pain is severe and mostly very painful during night. I am taking homeopathic treatment of now from last 5 days. Still pain is same. Please suggest what should I do. Thanks in advance!

From past 3 months I'm having urine passage burning sensation , but day to day it varies burning may increase or it may feel that I don't have any problem later right side back feels stiffness some time very small ache occur,I consulted urologist and  have taken creatine test also KUB ultrasound but all the results are normal , what to do next I don't know which doctor to consult next the burning sensation persist stiffness is also there and the condition become more when I try to bend , run or try to do  any physical exercise. Dear Doctors ... Very Good Morning As its completed my 25 days of my home Isolation, and since some days i have been almost going well, at least in last two days i didn't have any other symptoms accept weakness, joints pain and anxiety. But last night suddenly body was started to sweating and burning sensation of body and a specific pain in the area like just below of neval or pelvic area and that pain was slight but pinning like, as well as slowly it was travelling to right side which still can be feel very little in this morning.. What is the issue?

I have been eating a lot of tablets during and post covid. (Its almost a month now). Tablets were: Steroids(discontinued), blood thinners(discontinued), antibiotics (discontinued). Have some eye issue and neuropathy issue post covid, so I have to eat few tablets for 1 more month). Can this cause kidney damage? If yes, how to recover kidney from all this medicine use?

1 month back i had severe pain in my right leg big toe. The doctor asked me to get my uric acid level check and upon checking it came to 8.9. The doctor suggested me zycolchin 0.5 mg for 5 days ( 2 per day) and after that febuxostat 40 for a month. After a month, i didn't check my uric acid but again the pain appeared on my left toe. So i got the uric acid checked and it came out to be 8. So i restated the course for febuxostat 40 and in a matter of 2 days , my big toe pain disappeared. But a few days back, i have started to get severe knee pain in the same leg, so i have started to get zycolchin 0.5 mg also. Today is the 2nd day i have taken zycolchin 0.5 mg but the pain is still immense. Diet - i am taking non veg 1 day per week that to fish (rohu).

My son is 4.4 years old. From 8-9 days his urine frequency became more. He is passing urine sometimes 30- 40 minutes interval or sometimes 1 hour, 1 and half hours. Amount of urine is adequate every time. We did urine routine test 3 times in this period. All reports were normal. We did Fasting blood sugar test and urine culture and sensitivity test also. Reports are attached here. He does not have any other problem. He is playful and feeding also normal. Anything needs to be done ?
