I m treated with alfoo approx two years than now I have givan silofastd8 since five month . My prostate size is as below as per usg Dt. 15.06.2018 - 49*35*46 mm - 42 cc Generalized prostatic enlargement with indentation of base bladder by median lobe with median lobe projecting into base bladder. Dt.27.02.2020 Prostate shows moderate enlargement and shows an enlarged median lobe  projecting in urinary bladder it measures 5.25*5.16.5.16 cm its weight being 73 grams Dt. 30.10.2020 Prostate is enlarged in size in shows 28*26mm median lobe projection. Prostate measures 48*48*45 mm volum 55 cc Dt.18.05.2021 Moderately enlarged esp. median lobe. Size of prostate 5.03*4.14*3.94 cm volume 42.9 cc My great I Fatty liver changes Thick trabeculated bladder wall Moderately enlarged Prostate esp. median lobe My age is 51 year can I treat without surgery some more time pl.

My father has prostate enlargement problem his TLC count was 19700 on 24th May. After visited to doc and 15 days medicine his TLC count reduced to 8400 and doc has given 15 days more medicine.. One of my relative has suggested to do psa and free psa test. His total psa score is 5.48 and free psa is 0.24. Do I need to concern or is normal for patient having BPH grade 3. Thanks

Done surgery for primary obstructive mega ureter 2 months back and removed two stones along with that. 5 Stones in Kidney. Complicated post surgery period. Now diagnosed with Urethral stricture and dilated 2 weeks back.

Sir I was suffering from uti .I am taking medicine ciprox 500.from 4 days . My urine is clear .but I take Ciprofloxacin I fill burning in stomach and fill gas problem .I should stop medicine or not? What is the solution of my problem.

During urination, urine doesn't comes out with flow, it comes slowly as if something is obstructing it but there's no pain
