Kidney Problems

Hello, i drink three to four litres of water daily. I have high triglycerides, so doc gave me stanlip tablet and omega 3 salmon capsule. Can this tablets be a reason for kidney stone of 3.5mm?

I have recently done a USG scan and this is my report, do I have to worry about anything? Please check :- What are the next steps?

I am kidney transplanted patient and taking Mycept S 540 mg from last 7 years is it possible to reduce the dose (or lower the dose)
