My wife has diagnosed nephrotic syndrome vaccine from 10 years ago . Now she is well and not take any medicine my question is she can take covid vaccine

Feb 2020 i was diagnosed inflammation of prostate gland ( Prostatitis) by cystoscopy and urine Culture report was negarive.my physician and gave me medicine for 3 months. But now present time i feel some time small pain in scrotum that is ignorable. What is the actual cause of it? Is the disease prostatitis recur? What should I do now at this situation. I have no other symptom.
