Kidney Problems

I hv cystitis and symptoms are irregular urination , i feel that bladder does take time to start the urination .. i have 3 stones 5 mm 4 mm 3 mm billateral .. i have been advised for alfoo then changed to sildoo 8 .. now dr is asking for mcu rgu .. is there a way to treat it naturally or without doing this test which is scary as they insert cat-ether. I am very scared .. pls guide me

I was having pain near my ri8 kidney radiating my back and stomach...after doing ultrasound of whole abdomen,3 impressions were there. Firstly,mildly prominent bilateral renal pelvis with few concretions (right>left) Secondly, bulky left ovary Third,few internal echoes in urinary bladder ... Kindly tell me wat should i do as the pain has decreased as i was taking pain medicine but i m getting fever atleast twice every day around 102° -103°. For the past 8-10 days my frequency and urgency to urinate has increased with mild discomfort in lower left groin. I am running to the loo 10-12 times a day and I consume about 2.5- 3l of water. I also had covid in April 2021 and it's been 14 days since I recovered. I did a routine urine test which is attached. Is this UTI ? I am consumed nilfas100 for 5 days without much improvement.
