Kidney Problems

Urine don't come completely with an ease. Last 20% of the urine I have to make some force. P.S: Got covid infected on 23 April Home Isolation completed.

My father cretanin level is 1.42, his HbA1c Is 7.9 and also having high blood pressure, along with cholesterol 229,triglycerides 172 Doctor prescribe me nefrozon tablet twice daily I want to know that for how many days should he take it is it safe for him pls advice and what's benifit of nefrozon tablet

Good morning, I'm having mild pain in lower left abdomen. The pain come and go. It occurred a few days ago then again on yesterday. Ultrasound report is attached which says mild pelvicaliceal prominence in left kidney. Kindly suggest.
