Kidney Problems

I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years taking thyroxine 75mg daily it is in normal.from 3years iam suffering from kidney stones in both kidneys.( 3mm,2mm,3.5mm)uretroscope also done to remove 2 stones.still I hav stones.  I hav vit B12 and vit D deficiency.please tell me can I take vitamin D supplements it causes formation of new stones ?I mean my condition become worse?endocrinologist  not prescribed vitamin D sachets because of history of kidney stones.thank you for guidance.

I just got my urine analysis done is this report normal or it has problem pls analyse n tell .rbcs and casts should be absent but it is nil is it ok

For what i should take treatment for frequint urine at night and sudden weekness for some time...kidney stone or uti infectin or any kidney diseases can any one suggest by seeing the reports... I am not having suger thyroid but BP is 150/100

Patient got covaxin shot on 20th May. And is also getting treated for UTI. Constant fever in the range 100-102 is seen since more than a week. Blood and urine test screenshot attached (reported on 24th May). Please suggest the reason for fever and possible treatment. Thanks

2&3  mm 3 stones found 4 month ago, afterthat without medicines i was feeling good, but from last 2-3 day i feeling increasing pain but bearable, Some time disappears, in the meanwhile i also starts feeling sometime salty taste or sometime sweet taste, i have 8 hrs sitting job, Kindness of doctors expected, if some mor information required i will provide asap.

I am feeling pain on the right side of my waist from 2-3 days. It occurred when I was feeling to go urinate in the morning but I went late due to sleepiness. I Feel some nerve also tingling there sometimes and little heaviness in right leg and also I feel less sensation to urinate sometimes. Please advise.
