I'm not able to urinate from last 8 hours, I have drank 5 glasses of water. This is the first time this symptom has occurred. What is this and what to do?

Past 6 months used medicine. But no cure uti what can I do please tell me klebsiella bacteria is there solution please

Sir/ma'am My cbc, tsh levels, cholesterol levels are in range but my creatine is 0.33 unit and uric acid is 7.66mg/DL. My report shows that creatinine level is low and uric acid level is high. Kindly guide is my kidney system alright or any issues?

I was having severe pain on my left side so I went for CT scan. I have provided the findings below. Please help. Duplex left kidney with mild hydronephrosis of upper moiety due to calculus at pelvi-ureteric junction. Mild hydronephrosis of upper moiety is noted due to calculus at pelvi-ureteric junction measuring 5.3mm Phlebolith is noted in left hemipelvis. Small splenunculus measuring 6mm is noted
