Gfr and protein creatinine ratio

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi All, as attached my doctor has asked to perform egfr and protein creatinine test as my bp was slightly elevated recently which is 150/80. I also came to know that recently i was born with single kidney , taking these factors into consideration can you please let me know if i am all good with kidney functioning wise, so far i haven't experienced much symptoms.Thank you.
