Kidney Problems

I was tested covid postive , I am already negative,every other things but frequency of urination gets increased, total of 15 16 times in a day and having constant thrust। today blood sugar level- 106 mg/l

I am 27 years male. Normal USG , USG ofKUB  and PVR and Urine culture all test are normal. Doctor gave medicine solliten 5 and bladmir 50 for 2 weeks but no result. So doctor asked to do cystoscopy. But I don't want to do cystoscopy as it is very very painful procedure and blood comes with urine after test. There is no other alternative of cystoscopy ???

He is been sick for the past 1 month. He is having urinary infection since 2 weeks. He is not taking food properly. There is blood in his urine. Creatine level is 3.6 as per report taken on 17/05/2021.

I got a regular blood test. Creatinine serum .89mg/dl and uric acid 2.87mg/dl. Gfr- 83. I have severe vit d deficiency. Have been healthy all my life. I'm lil underweight. Had covid one month back. Sir/ma'am My cbc, tsh levels, cholesterol levels are in range but my creatine is 0.33 unit and uric acid is 7.66mg/DL. My report shows that creatinine level is low and uric acid level is high. Kindly guide is my kidney system alright or any issues?
