Poor urine flow since 8 months urgency sincs 8 months pain in buttocks since 8 months tried all alpha blockers and anticholinergics but go no relief. Do i need bladder neck incision or should i wait.

Hello doc, I have recurring kidney stone problem. I experience symptoms once every year. Having kidney stone will raise our blood pressure??? Will blood pressure get to normal stage if we prevent kidney stones ???

I had blood in my urine routine tested and  there was 12-14 rbc cells. As per doctors advise took antibiotic for 7 days and retested the same urine routine today and now iam seeing 2-4 in RBC and trace of blood in urine. Last week it was 12-14 RBC and blood urine was positive. Now though it was not positive it is showing trace and 2-4 rbc. I have stopped eliquis 2.5 mg 15 days before as advised by doctor. Can someone guide me if iam fine and trace of blood is fine?

Dear sir/Madam, My mother is 71 years old she also Diabetic, She has recovered from minor Covid 19. As per precautions I have done her full body checkup. She is also taking lavera & ecosprin gold 20 from last 3.5 years. Her Pottasium level is 3.2, Kindly suggest what medications & dose should I start to bring the level of Pottasium in normal range.

I have so much pain so done sonography and found 2 stones. One is each kidney of 4.7mm and 3.5mm. There is so much pain in my back and stomach. I have got injection two times in pervious 7 days. I am taking pain killer also. And i am drinking 5 liter water daily from last 7 days. Is there any way to get these stones out fastly. And please also tell me about how to handle this immense pain. What should i do? What should i eat? Is there any specific diet which i have to follow?

I didn't had any kind of pain my urine colour was also normal but i felt an unusual sensation while urinating it wasn't pain or burning i did my kft lft cbc and urine examination all turned out to be normal but the test reports showed protein traces but doctor told me that was normal and to drink more water that was a month back test but since a week i sleep on the right side i feel pain or i sleep on the left i feel the pain mild pain that goes away within 5 minutes I don't understand is that pain in my rib bone or kidney on the right side lower abdomen specially but when I touched the rib bone was hurting now i am feeling fine but i still have that unusual sensation while urinating specially when i empty my bladder before going to bed and i am on my periods in the morning i see bright colour of urine and small amout that i have never seen when i have periods but all the day i get normal urine.

Good evening sir, My name is sathvik. My mother is suffering from kidney stones problem. The pain is not regular but she has suffered 3-4 times in the last 6 months. There is no pain since 30 to 35 days and the size of the stone has also reduced. She needs to be injected with CYCLOPAM( DICYCLOMINE HYDROCHLORIDE INJECTION) and DYNAPAR AQ(DICLOFENAC SODIUM INJECTION) to reduce her severe pain. 1.Can my mother can get vaccinated???... 2.If the kidney pain arises after vaccination can she take the injection that mentioned above or is there any alternative..??? Please let me know about this.
