Kidney Problems

Since a month I spot a little blood in urine (only once or twice a week) accompanied by mild back pain and a little burning sensation. No fever. Can I get a simple/routine urine test to detect UTI or do I need to do other type of urine tests? I also have one 4mm kidney stone in both my kidneys.

I am getting an urge to urinate frequently. And also a bit of burning pain in my urethra. Can i take cranpac d? I previously suffered from bad UTI.

My husband got infected with UTI. This happened 5 days after Covid vaccine. Is this infection due to vaccine?

Can I do pranayama wearing a underwear and half paint ?... Thanx... ... Will I get any issue.. Please reply

My friend is 28 years old. She still wets the bed/pants a little. When asking for how long she has been having this condition she told she herself doesn't know. She doesn't want to consult any doctor because of embarrassment. Hence i am consulting on her behalf.

I could not hold my pee.. I feel sudden urgency and couldn't hold before I could reach washroom. Usually it happens when I am near water.
