Kidney Problems

My urine report shows erythrocytes value as 10 and my WBC count is 3700 and facing low grade fever...rest all CBC is normal and urine parameters are normal .. please advise on this.i took this test due to low grade fever for 10 days between 97 to 99 degress

Urinalysis shows pus cells 3- 6 . Lower abdominal muscles hard on touch.slight lower back pain . Weakness. please help.

I got a urine r/e done. I am having frequent urination and having pain sometimes on left upper side of stomach ranging from back. Have temperature between 98.8-99.2 F. Leukocyte esterase is present 1+ (25 WBC/uL) and ascorbic acid is present 1+ (20.0 mg/dL). Epithelial cells are 12.50 /hpf. Amorphous urates crystals is 7.50/hpf.

Had severe pain in stomach. Went to a small hospital nearby and had a scan. Found that Rk - 3mm right renal calculus and left kidney - mild left hydroureteronephrosis due to 6.1mm calculus in UV Junction. The general physician there wasn't explaining well and suggested to take zenflox 200mg, drotader mf and potrate mb6 syrup and plenty of water. Is this treatable using these medicines? Or should I consult any other doctor. How much time usually takes for these stones to go away. Attaching my report too. Please suggest

My Grandmother who is 78yrs old, since last 2 days while urinating she is having white urine, which seems to be like milky in color, where as she don't have any pain in abdominal or whatsoever.
