Kidney Problems

Feb 2020 i was diagnosed inflammation of prostate gland ( Prostatitis) by cystoscopy and urine Culture report was negarive.my physician and gave me medicine for 3 months. But now present time i feel some time small pain in scrotum that is ignorable. What is the actual cause of it? Is the disease prostatitis recur? What should I do now at this situation. I have no other symptom.

When increased my body heat , urine getting bad smell..even I brink more water and eat more fruits..can suggest me how to reduce it
