Kidney Problems

My father is 72 years old male . He had kind of constipation about a week back .But it was alright now . He suddenly told he felt sharp pain before passing urine and one side of leg had a kind of spasm . He again had when before passed next time the urine . He says it reduces once he passed the urine . Also he says that he passes urine in night 2 hours once . He is non diabetic . He took second dose of  Vaccine about 20 days back

During my sleep sometime i urinate on bed . That time i feel like i am urinating in my dream and suddenly i feel , i am urinating in real .This happens once in a month . And daily before sleep like 1-2 hr before i drink 500 ml of water everyday but not everyday i urinate . I have kidney stone .7mm in size .

Hello, 3.5mm calculus in right kidney (usg)with pain one side. Drinking 4-5litres water. Any medicine for renal stone?

I have a strange problem. Whenever I drink water, I feel the urge to urinate within half an hour or so. I feel like water going straight to bladder and not sure if body is absorbing any water. Moreover bladder doesn't become empty after urination. I need to go 2 or 3 times to empty fully. Then I feel thirsty again and drink water again. This bothers me more in the night before going to bed and also when the weather is a bit cold. Will this frequent urination damage my kidneys? I have been facing this issue since long. Consulted urologist, few tests done. Found mild prostate enlargement (BPH). but other than that no other red flags. Used medicines but not much helpful. What could be the possible reason for this problem? Do I need to go for any further tests to find out what is causing it?

Can fsgs disease be cured with medicines? Can this disease be reversed? Immunofluorescence: if core reveal 5 glomeruli Albumin: negative IgG: negative IgA: negative IgM:negative C3:non specific trapping in few glomeruli C1q: negative Kappa and lambda: negative in glomeruli. No light chain restriction seen in tabular casts overall features are of hypertensive nephrosclerosis with fsgs lesion(possibly secondry) and mildly chronic tubulo in phritis.
