Is there any other medication other than. alfuzosin  10 mg is not giving full relief using it from 6 months . Plz tell??

During  routine checkup in sonography report comes prostatic cyst size 4*4mm. No any symptoms No urin problem Sir pls tell what i do ?

Hi, I wanted to know whether a Scrotal Doppler can show whether I have epididymitis or Varicocele? Actually I don't feel the pain or inflammation all the but, it happens sometimes though, and the lab testing is not available 24*7 where I live, it is only available at a certain time. So should I go and get an ultrasound done even when I'm feeling okay? And will it help in diagnosing the problem accurately? Also if it a hernia, will it show up on the ultrasound? Thanks in advance! Hoping for an answer asap
