How do you pass the above? Can you flush out by drinking water and cranberry juice. Seeing a GP seems like overkill especially as it is near impossible where I am. It's not too bad just a minor itch/sting in the lower urethra. Urine is not cloudy

Recently done pelvis abdomen sonography as Crp level was bit raised to know the exact infection and all parameter came out to be normal including kindey ,gall bladder. Only finding was enlarged prostate with size 44*46*41mm -44cc volume. Age 67. No symptomps of urine issue or blockage. Normal urine flow. Is it something to worry ? Is S psa to be done even if no issue occurs?

Hello Doctor I am 32 years unmarried person. I had frequent urination issue, when I did USG scan it showed  that prostate is mildly enlarged size is 30 ML. I took consultation from Urologist then he said enlarged prostate is not possible in young age it may happen due to overactive bladder and prescribed me medicines(Mira 50)on overactive bladder . Even after taking medicines for more than 20 days I don't feel any difference. Which medicines should be taken on this problem? please suggest Thanks in advance

Hi, I am 35 yrs old male and have diabetes for last 1 year, and now for last 3-4 months, my blood sugar levels are under control with HBA1C level at 6.5 from 11 last year. But now I am having some problems with urinary bladder. I experience the urge to pass urine all of a sudden and that is uncontrollable most of the times. If I don't pass urine immediately, 2-3 drops would dribble. And the pressure is only when I am standing. While sitting or lying down, I don't face any issues. On doctor's suggestion, I got USG KUB with PVR done. It says, Urinary Bladder partially full & mucosal wall is thickened. No calculas and/or any mass lesions seen. Post-void residual urine = 62cc Impression CYSTITIS. With same report I consulted 2 urologists, they both have different opinion. One says that this is an infection in urinary bladder and the other one says it is cystopathy and only a problem with contractions in urinary bladder. I have attached the USG report. Kindly advice.
