I am 27 years old male having over active urinary bladder and mild urge incontinence since 5 years but not taking any medicines. Yesterday night I urinate in bed when I was in sleep. Then after urination I woke up. 4 years ago  from today once happened the same. But from then no bed wetting but yesterday night again bed wetting. Is it due to over active urinary bladder and urge incontinence problem ????
