Kidney Problems

Hi doctors, My ultrasound report shows right kidney 9.5 and left kidney 8.3 cm.Is it a problem? I have attached my reports.Please advice.

I have been diagnosed with left renal calculus measuring ~8×5mm noted in lower pole calyx. I have severe pain in my left side lower abdomen. Will it dissolve by drinking more water or surgery is required. I had lasser surgery on left renal calculus twice. Kindly suggest medication

My grandma was bedridden for 6month due to knee replacement revision surgery. Few weeks before only we removed catheter. Last 10month she under catheter only, after her surgery she got infected in 3month, after that Revision surgery held. Right now her breath is abnormal vessing sound. Now her face swelling and her urine in different color foil smell. Salt deposits in that tube i can see.. Her left side of whole body swelling, actually she is 100kg almost, there is no cooperation to walk with pt. We are not able to lift her to feed food. On bed how to feed food. Does her kidneys failed? How to ensure?
