Kidney Problems

Hi, I wanted to know whether a Scrotal Doppler can show whether I have epididymitis or Varicocele? Actually I don't feel the pain or inflammation all the but, it happens sometimes though, and the lab testing is not available 24*7 where I live, it is only available at a certain time. So should I go and get an ultrasound done even when I'm feeling okay? And will it help in diagnosing the problem accurately? Also if it a hernia, will it show up on the ultrasound? Thanks in advance! Suffering from bladder neck obstruction dr prescribed alfoo 10 mg using from 6 months no significant improvement in pvr .pvr is till 100 ml and any other option and this 100 ml pvr is dangerous.. Plz clarify??

My mom undergoing treatment for urinary infection and kidney stones. Her stone size is 9mm and taking k tone tablets for a week. Size has been reduced to 8.1mm. Still, some pain coming up in between but better than before. Today conducted follow up urine and blood tests. Creatinine come down to 1.1 from 1.5. Urea 87 to 34. Uric acid now at 3. Wbc count 15780. ESR 105, wbc/hpf 20-22, rbc/npf nil epithelial cells/hpf 4-6. Attached the reports.  Please guide us further. Thanks.
