Polycystic kidney disease
Mild cortical scarring with multiple diffusely scattered hypo-dense well defined cystic lesions both in cortex and medulla on 2.2 X 1 cm right side intra polycystic kidney disease parenchymal ,largest cyst measures 2.2X1.0 Cm in the mid pole and 5.8X5.2 cm sized .Exophytic lower pole cyst on left side largest cyst measures 2.7 X 2.3 cm in mild pole region .
The adrenals are normal in thickness and morphology.
