Kidney Problems

I underwent open pyleoplasty in 2016 for hydronephrosis of PUJO . Recently i took Ultrasound, and CT Scan there it is mentioned dilation with ballonening of left renal pelvis noted apd 2.5 cm . But also mentioned that both kidneys fucntion normally and excretion also. No evidence of opaque stone in either kidneys also.  Is dilated pelvis before surgery remains same size after surgery

Hello there is tiny small white dots on my glans and behind the glans which does not cause any pain and discharge, since 15 days some times it disappeared some time it shows more bumps which looks very bad and also my glans becomes wrinkled and not shiny at all, I am applying aloe vera extract directly from plants, please suggest me how to get rid and to get pink and smooth glans.

Hi ! I am suffering from grade 4 to grade 5 left side testicular varicocele . I did blood test for "testosterone total" test.. and my value came out to be 3.15 ng/ml . Is it low for a 22 year old male. If yes what is the best treatment for it ? . I am attaching report of it below.

I am feeling Burning sensation while urination. I did my ultrasound please see the attached report. I am feeling everything is fine in the report but In Uriary Bladder side it is written as "Distended with urine" and I am not able to understand it. Please help

1st time test RCB10-12, second time after 5 days shown RCB 2-3, creatinine serium level with in range 0.87 and also KUB Ultra as well normal .. can you anyone suggest medication for this ?
