Kidney Problems

Hi doc, My father is having problem in controlling urine during pressure. He is unable to rech the toilet and urine leaks.. He is currently on diabetes (glycomet-500) and hypertension med(telpil-40) His ultrasound report and urine culture test both came normal. Also from past week he is taking medicine roliten 2 mg for urine control but there is no improvement.

It is normal to have bacteria in urine with less colony count?bacteria get killed100% permanently or comes back ?after antibiotics treatment

Since a week I am having pain before and after urinating more like a tingling sensation and frequent urination No other problem of burning or irritation. Took a course of antibiotics fluka 150, uripas and norfloxacin 400 on doctor's advice for 4-5 days. Not much relief.

I am facing extreme sharp pain in urethra stabbing pain And very sharp pain at the end of urinating It's increasing day by day. Very little relief is there when I take medicine but next day it again starts.

One of my friend has no vas deferens..is there any possible way to add vas deferens by any surgery in India or any country ?
