Kidney Problems

I was diagnosed with epididymitis in last december and i'm on antibiotics fr abt 10 weeks but infection hasn't gone yet. I once caught TB in childhood and doubt to have SIBO as well. I'm also suffering from chronic constipation, pelvic floor dyssnergia and erectile dysfunction. It was started last year in April when while urinating muscle pulled urine back. Have i developed chronic epididymitis? Can treating constipation and dyssnergia help me in epididymitis and urinary hesitancy?

Is homeo medicine safe? He complains of burning during urination. Taking medicine since 3 months for phlegm. We got urine routine test done., the pus cells are more than 10.

I was infected with UTI on 20th December, I had gone through itching, rashes and pain at that time. On 29th I went on a trip so I had to use public washroom then again I got infected with it.
