Is there any remedy for quick pain relief if the doctor is not available when urinary stones are very painful at night or suddenly?

I have done with STI treatment I don't have any infection but even after 3 weeks later from treatment I'm still facing genital area pain & my lower back pain when I lift weight. Are these side effects? Should I worry about? How long does it take to go? Should I take probiotics?

I had a TT shot the same day I had a cut. The same night I had a fever that lasted until the next day. The fever was 102, chills and bodyache so I had taken paracetamol 650mg 3 times in the span of 30hrs. The next day I had no fever but I noticed my urine color has changed and it was brown. Initially I thought it was due to dehydration and I drank 1 litre of water immediately. Still the color of the urine did not change much. I took a urine test and it tested positive for gross hematuria with pus cells 8-10hpf and ++ protein. I have also under taken LFT, the GGT is raised and is about 180 u/l. CBC reports are normal with just the platelet count being around 1.5 lakhs. I have no other symptoms. Now the hematuria is clearing day by day. I just want to know if this is something I should worry or a rare case of TT side effect and is temporary.

I had blood in urine infection I took ultrasound scan .urine test and blood test doctor gave me14 days of amoxicillin and niftas tablets ..but still after 14days I have little lower abdomen pain so doctor told to get iv amikacin antibiotics and told to get urine culture report ... today my urine culture report came it's normal ..do I have to start taking amikcin iv antibiotics even theres no infection in urine culture report? Hello. When I am trying to urinate. Urine is coming with like high pressure. Colour of urine is white. Post urination I feel urine sensation on tip of my private part. After 1 min. I feel like urine is passing through my private part and stops. Feel like something flowing inside private part. Please help me. I have no symptoms.
