Kidney Problems

Sir / mam , age 22,  male 4 month ago my blood urea was 25.8 and creatinine was 1.0 ( 0.6 - 1.5 lab report) Today when I checked my blood urea is 26.8 and creatinine is 1.0 ( 0.7 - 1.2 lab report) Kindly pls say is it normal ? Or any prevention or medicine to be taken ?

I open my meatus four times...( does opening my meatus slightly by self can cause any harm??)Now iam Noticing weak urinary stream.. Sometimes it doesn't flow straight.. Please suggest solution

Hello I tell u my symptoms in details 1 I have anxiety problem and also gastric and acidity problem but sometimes when I am in stress I have to go for urine more and I feel pressure more and very quickly 2 I feel pressure of urine around 12 pm in morning and also one or two times in a day 3 I feel pressure for urine before sleep and also in night one or two times and after wake up I feel pressure 4 so tell me it is due to anxiety or stomach problems or any due to I don't feel any burning or pain during urination So tell me exact problem

I urinate sometimes after every 30 minutes.why this happen?? Colour of urine is colourless (water like)

Is there chances that hydronephrosis can occur due to 4mm small kidney stone? or hydronephrosis will occur due to having big kidney stone????

My mother sufferered from radiation cystitis and she had urine blockage due to blood clots in the bladder.our doctor performed cystoscopic clot evacuation and fulguration of bleeding points and now she is well .Our doctor prescribed a medicine cystopen 100 mg 3 times daily and said it should be taken after food.but in many websites I am seeing it should be taken on an empty stomach.Can you suggest me how the medicine should be taken .after food or before food . Thank you.
