Kidney Problems

While doing urine getting pain on stomach and back site of stomach.before 6 month checked it but getting same problem.

I am able to calculate or understand how many mg r having any capsules or tablet.bt am not understanding how to calculate mg power of any syrup...so am using stone syrup taking 15 ml at one time and am taking this syrup 3 times a day so plz tell me how much mg is cantant in 15 ml syrup ??? In mg. Thx my question in not so clear bt plz help..

Did USG of lower abdomen. Right kidney, Urinary Bladder, Adnexae are OK. Uterus and both Ovaries are not found as it was operated before. Only some abnormality found in the left kidney and It is as below : "A large , well circumscribed, solid sol is noted abutting the lower pole and mid polar regions of the left kidney. The sol measures 79mmX77mm (Approx), is heterogenous in echotexture with occasional cystic space within. Vascularity is noted within the SOL - suggestive of ? neoplastic SOL. Pelvicalyectasis is noted in the residual parts of the left kidney."

In Renal test, my mom have Serum Creatinine of 1.2, BUN-19.58 and Serum Potassium Levels -8.5 mmol/L. Hemoglobin - 9.0. Doctor advised for Whole Abdomen Scan. In Scanning the kidneys are found to be normal. But it was found that there was a fecal loading colon with excessive gases. Doctor said that the potassium levels are high because of fecal loading colon and nothing to worry about high potassium levels and need not be hospitalized. Can you give me your valuable comments and suggestions on the same. I want an expert opinion.

I little pain on left side kidney it travel all the way till the legs i have had kidney stones a year back i got a endoscopy and biopicy done result i havesgot is 44 iul please advice what can be done
