Hi, I just like to know taking 5gm of creatine supplement everyday can cause kidney any kind of problems?

My father is diabetic having high BP since 16 yrs n had been through brain stroke 9 apr 2015, We had been to CMC Vellore on 22nd of Aug 2016 n been diagnosed as: Chronic kidney disease stage 4 Non functioning Right kidney and poor functioning of Left kidney Hyperuricaemia Probable ischaemic nephropathy Type 2 diabetes Non - diabetic retinopathy Systemic hypertension Past history of CVA left hemiparesis Hypovitaminosis D e GFR 22.14ml/min/1.73M2 sugar (pp & fasting) and B.P. are normal now UREA 108 HBA1C 7.4 CREATININE 3.26 URIC ACID 10.9 Its my profound request to suggest all the possible ways to lead my father a normal healthy life!

I have proteinuria.i have no idea how i got this may be because of the UTI i had.My Protein in urine was gradually going down but this month it didn't. my protein in urine is 1.6 gr in 24 hrs.So they are planning to do a biopsy. What are the possible problems/disease i will be having...?DO i have to worry about this?

In my urine 1+ or 2+ albumin is present between 1month but now albumin is lees then1++. some time albumin is 1+ or 2+? what problem in my kidney or urine?
