Will ill kidney stone is the cause for Epididimis orchitis? Normally in how many days epididimis orchitis goes away ? I had this problem since 2months ?

I had got my ultrascan done for my gas trouble(which I had for almost 2 years). The ultrascan(first time in my life) report results are as below. NON VISUALIZED RIGHT KIDNEY- Possibly Agenesis with compensatory hypertrophy of the Left Kidney. Fatty Liver. I do not smoke and do not drink and I also take medicines very rarely. I understand that my right kidney has not grown since childhood. what could this mean to me along with this fatty liver.

I have visited doctor for swelling on my face and hands, we wrote medicines and told me that protein ratio is decrease as mentioned in headline. Recently I have visited again and he said same thing and he is telling to take test of 24 hrs urine test and after that if it is not normal, he advised me that kidney piece to be tested and examined.
