Previously checked ...stones detected ..sometimes extreme pain in kidney area ...other days it's normal . .but when pain abruptly erupts ... impossible to tolerate ..earlier also stones was small in size n comes out with urine

Blood creatinine is 5.91mg/dl, both kidney s shrinks in size,normal bp ,sugar,no major disease,only bone pain in body. Dr. Says it is 5-10% functioning.gives some medicine for 1month and after that will check again for going to dialysis or not.iam getting frustrated.please give advice.
