Is creatine supplements causes kidney damage? What should we do before to start with creatine supplements or safe way to take creatine?

In recent blood examination, creatinine level came at 1.2. For last 2 years it was 0.78. Everything else in blood and urine test is normal including urea. Last year I started rigorous workout regime and muscle building. I am vegetarian. Do not take supplements. Have no other symptoms. Is it cause of concern? Can creatinine increase so much in year due to exercise?

I had urine mix with blood and major pain in my back . So i went for checkup they told for xray and ultrasound.. In ultrasound report it came like mild HDN in right kidney.. the doctor gave me medicines for a month and now everything is fine.but she did not tell me what is the cause behind this.so can you please tell me the reason of having blood in urine and what is HDN. What are the precautions i should take so that i will never have to face it again.

My daughter has 4mm stone 2 in right & 3 in left kidney.i belongs to small city Siliguri there is a reputed hospital aandaloke where I visit from one year.my daughter taking medicines regularly but still I didn't get any results & now they told me that they can't do anything else because they don't have operations machines for kids.after one year they advice me to take my daughter Chennai.now I'm in Bangalore please help me.
