Kidney Problems

I had got my ultrascan done for my gas trouble(which I had for almost 2 years). The ultrascan(first time in my life) report results are as below. NON VISUALIZED RIGHT KIDNEY- Possibly Agenesis with compensatory hypertrophy of the Left Kidney. Fatty Liver. I do not smoke and do not drink and I also take medicines very rarely. I understand that my right kidney has not grown since childhood. what could this mean to me along with this fatty liver.

Renal calculas 8.9 mm, 6 months frm dignosis , need permanant cure, occasional stomach ache with acidity

Initially She had both kidney's swolled we admitted her in SDM hospital hubli.there she undergone through CT scan,blood test,urine test all those required now she is good with right kidney but left kidny swelling still not reduced.doctor advicing some other hospital where they can test with some other advanced device. Can this be seriuos problem? Please advice next treatment for her and I trust homeopathic treatment as well .if i consult homeopathic will this problem cured?kindly advice.

I have visited doctor for swelling on my face and hands, we wrote medicines and told me that protein ratio is decrease as mentioned in headline. Recently I have visited again and he said same thing and he is telling to take test of 24 hrs urine test and after that if it is not normal, he advised me that kidney piece to be tested and examined. As of now my problem is I need to go a fitness in next 40 days. So how i can solve this issue and attached the report for your reference. Please suggest me a good solution and on this fitness my family life is dependent..give me a best solution.

Previously checked ...stones detected ..sometimes extreme pain in kidney area ...other days it's normal . .but when pain abruptly erupts ... impossible to tolerate ..earlier also stones was small in size n comes out with urine

IgA 3+mesangial granular / confluent C3 1+/2+mesangial: granular/confluent Kappa light chain 2+mesangial : granular /confluent Lambda light chain 3+ mesangial: granular/confluent Doctor informed that there is no medicine to cure the problem. Please advice
