Kidney Problems

I have an existing prescription for Dutas (Dutasteride) medicine. As it is expensive medicine, can I switch to cheapter substitute such as Dutaid ?

My mother have weak kidney & treatment is going on.. she takes medicine guided by nephrologist my doctor said don't take any other medicine but can we take homeopathic medicine ? Is it safe? Please guide me

Often after a night of drinking alcohol, my left side is sensitive with some minor pain radiating into the left side of my lower back to the left of the kidney. Sensitivity often subsides after a day or two when re-hydrated. Is this a kidney issue?

My father had a kidney transplant last year soon after the transplant it was discovered that there is an infection the doctors gave him injections but again the same thing now also he has been given injections.The doctors have told that it is due to ecoli but everytime injections.His age is 59 so it is difficult for him.Please reply me to the earliest so that I can consult other doctors
