Dull/minor lower left side pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Often after a night of drinking alcohol, my left side is sensitive with some minor pain radiating into the left side of my lower back to the left of the kidney. Sensitivity often subsides after a day or two when re-hydrated. Is this a kidney issue?

Could be a kidney stone or UTI . Precipitated by alcohol as it is diuretic. Get an ultrasound whole abdomen done .
